Participation in Assistance Programs
- Free or Reduced-Price School Lunch/Breakfast Program
- SNAP
- Medicaid
- Affordable Housing Programs for Native Americans
- Veterans Pension or Survivor Benefits
Lives on Qualifying Tribal lands and participates in
- Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance

- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
Low-Income Internet Program Eligibility
A household is eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program if the household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, or if a member of the household meets at least one of the criteria below.
You may have to show proof of income, like a tax return or three consecutive pays stubs, when you apply for the ACP.
